For more than 20 years, I’ve worked alongside leadership teams at organizations like Amazon, Boeing, Microsoft, Dell, Deloitte, Trane Technologies, Visa, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
I started Aligned to Purpose to bring that same caliber of coaching to small and mid-sized businesses — leaders who deserve Fortune 500-level support without the Fortune 500 price tag or bureaucracy.
Outside the office, I have spent seven years serving on nonprofit boards, including as Board President, and I currently serve on the board of Kingdom Medicine. I’ve been married more than 30 years and live in Tacoma, Washington.
