What's the difference between Executive Mastery and The Crucible?
Executive Mastery is a full year of steady, ongoing coaching for leaders who want sustained development and a consistent partner. The Crucible is a 90-day, high-intensity sprint for leaders facing a specific, time-bound change. Both follow the same core framework — the difference is pace and timeline, not depth.
How does real-time access your coach work?
Between sessions, you can send a voice note, text, or question any time something comes up. Response windows are set clearly at kickoff, so it’s real support — not an always-on obligation for either of us.
Is this virtual, in-person, or both?
Sessions run over Zoom, with Voxer for support between sessions. In-person kickoff sessions can be arranged for local Seattle–Tacoma-area clients on request.
Can I do this alongside a team-wide Gold Mine Method™ engagement?
Yes — this is a common pairing. Many leaders do their own 1:1 work while their team goes through The Gold Mine Method™, so the leader and the culture grow in parallel rather than one waiting on the other.
What if I need more support than what's included?
Some leaders add a Crucible intensive mid-year to Executive Mastery for a specific push, or increase session frequency for a stretch. We’ll talk about what makes sense as your engagement unfolds.
What if 90 days isn't enough?
For many leaders, it’s exactly enough to build real clarity and momentum on a specific challenge. If you want to keep going, Crucible graduates can roll directly into Executive Mastery or a Forge cohort.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Executive Mastery is $715/month for 12 months (full prepayment available on request). The Crucible is $4,300 in full, or three monthly payments of $1,433.
